Nanako Tsukidate was born in Japan, but is currently based in Paris. She is a film programmer and film critic. She has a PHD about Philippe Garrel’s movie in Nouvelle Sorbonne Paris III under the supervision of Nicole Brenez. She was the programmer of the European Cinema section of Hiroshima International Film Festival from 2015 to 2018, and part of the short film committee at Cannes’ Critics’ Week from 2019 to 2021. She is currently a consultant of Giornate degli Autori in Venice and a member of the short film committee at Riga International Film Festival. Tsukidate also works as a co-producer of Following the sound, a film directed by Kyoshi Sugita.
Abdel Karim Wakrim is a Writer and film critic. He is the editor-in-chief of cinematic magazine “Cinephilia” and the culture magazine "Tanja Al Adabiya”.
He published the following books:
“Questions on Film Directing in Morocco” (2003), “Writings on Cinema” (2010), “New Experiences in Moroccan Cinema” (2013), “International Cinemas, Films and Directors... He has an unpublished novel called “Pain.”
He was Member of the jury in several local and international film festivals, including the jury of the “Cinema Paths” Festival in Portugal (2014), “Critics Week Competition” at the 39th edition of the Cairo International Film Festival (2017), “Critics Week Competition” jury (2017).
